We’ve made it to Texas!
We’ve made it to Texas! Thanks so much for being patient with me while Free Stylin’ was on hold during our move. It’s been weird not posting! I’ve missed it! The last few weeks have been a whirlwind to say the least, and now things are starting to slow down a bit…thank goodness!
The unpacking is almost finished (halleluja!), and now comes my favorite part: the decorating. 
It’ll be a little while before things are where I want them to be, and I’m sure I’ll be tweaking for months to come, but I’m thrilled to bring you along for the ride as I call this new house home.

I’ll show you some pictures that I took the day we pulled up. It was my first time to see the home in person, and I love it even more now that I actually get to live in it. My older sister is a Realtor®, so she was my eyes when looking for a home. She gave me an awesome site to use to look for homes using very specific criteria, and when I found this one, she went over and checked it out for me. This saved me a house hunting trip, which was a blessing for sure.
K, so here are pictures of the new “crib.” Ha! I think I’m so street. ;)
I will have to put in a little disclaimer, though: some of the pictures aren’t the best because I had to quickly snap them before we lost the sunlight. Sit back with some popcorn and a little Diet Dr. Pepper and take a tour with me!

This is my favorite picture. It captures exactly what I hope this house will be for us: a place for my sweet boys to grow up.
I’m excited to get the rest of the unpacking completed, to kick the decorating up a notch around here, and to start some new projects.
